Privacy and account deletion
This operational notice describes the data used by the member features. It should be reviewed against your final legal policy before launch.
Data used
We store your email, display name, linked login-provider identifiers, private country and home town, favourites, gig interests, authentication sessions and article submissions. Provider access tokens are not retained after login.
Public information
Your display name, approved articles and favourite artists may appear on your public contributor profile. Your email, home location, gig interests and login methods are private.
Account deletion
Use the deletion control in Account settings. Access is revoked immediately. An administrator reviews approved articles for anonymisation or removal, and the request is due for completion within 30 days.
Facebook deletion requests may also be sent through the configured Facebook data-deletion callback. A supplied confirmation code can be used when contacting the site administrator.
