Albany Street is a road in London running from Marylebone Road to Gloucester Gate following the east side of Regent's Park. It is about three-quarters of a mile in length.
Joe Strummer lived in a small room at 31 Albany street, the building is today grade I listed. The room is described in the book 'A riot of our own', written by ex road manager for the Clash, Johnny Green.
