The Disney studios is located in Burbank California, in the United States.
The cover was designed by Storm Thorgerson, the burning man was wearing an asbestos suit and an asbestos whig to protect him against the fire. The wind blew the flames in the stuntman's face, so the two persons switched positions and shook with their left hands, the photo could then be flipped as in a mirror.
